GRMS++ software includes: EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT with a series of charts measuring performance against plan; SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT from customer EDI through MPS, MRP and purchasing to supplier EDI; FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT using Solomon IV with corporate consolidations, multiple currencies and ABC costing; PRODUCT DATA MANAGEMENT to define your products and processes to the computer; and FACTORY DATA MANAGEMENT with inventory control, engineering revision control, lot/serial tracking, machine utilization and efficiency reporting, all from real time factory data collection using the latest bar code technology.

The Genzlinger Repetitive Manufacturing System (GRMS++) makes use of Windows based Graphical User Interfaces (GUI), Client/Server computing, Relational Data Base Management Systems (RDBMS) and the intranet and internet where applicable. The servers of choice are UNIX, Windows NT or Windows 2000 with the clients using Windows 95, 98, Me, NT or 2000 connected through a Novell, NT or TCP/IP network. The software is available for installation on your computer or through our Application Service Provider (ASP) service.
